DH Birthday trip Dec 10-15th-3Adults. We have 2Adults additional coming on Wed night hence the reason for a Resort Dinner.
10th E Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya
11th AK Yachtsman’s Steakhouse or Flying Fish
12th E Chefs France or San Angel
13th HS Hollywood and Vine or Round up Rodeo
14th MK Victoria and Albert or Citros (Husband’s birthday and he really wants VA…any tips appreciated, I was not able to get last year)
We wanted to break out of our usual go to’s, so most of these are new to us. Please help me choose or make a suggestion (California Grill is out as that was one of our regulars).

11th - Flying Fish and it isn’t close
12th - Chefs de France
13th - neither HBD or Skyliner and Topolino
14th - obviously V&A. It’s good it’s near the end of your trip. Improves your chances. Secure this FIRST on ressie day. And if by chance you can’t get it, stalk stalk stalk. Worth the effort. Though Citricos is a pretty nice consolation prize.

Definitely V&A if that is what he wants for his birthday.
The only options on your list I question - Hollywood Studios. Unless those are near and dear, or it’s for research - there are better options. Inside the park is Hollywood Brown Derby. Outside the park is, well - a whole lot. If time/proximity are the issue - consider restaurants at Riviera and Boardwalk resorts.

Thanks - I think for HS- its going to be HBD…I really wanted something inside park so we could do Fantasmic after dinner. Topolino is still on the list for another trip:)
And I know on my AK day neither restaurant is close but we are at Broadwalk and will be waiting for the other two adults to arrive, so a late dinner(8pm ish). YS is the only one of my listed choices that has a ribeye…my DH favorite steak.
