Oogie Boogie Tickets to Sold Out Parties

Is there a good place to find tickets for close to retail price? Like other Disney fans that just can’t go for some reason and aren’t looking to charge a kidney or lung?

I have 2 friends looking to join me and my crew on 10/26. Stubhub wants $450/ticket :sob::sob::sob:

I’m assuming you’ve checked with Undercover Tourist and similar 3rd party sites that might have a block of tickets?

I have never tried buying from StubHub or heard of someone doing so, so I can’t speak to that.

I’ve checked Undercover Tourist, Get Away Today, and Unlocked Magic. Nada :sob:

I would avoid StubHub. It’s not widespread but there have been issues with fraud particularly with the Halloween party tickets and Disney will clamp down on any tickets they can identify as being resold (especially at that kind of profit), and void the tickets and ding the initial Magic Key Holder who purchased them (which is how they usually identify that it’s been resold).

So you generally want to avoid purchasing from any third-party reseller. The one time I needed one more ticket after buying, it was through another Liner from DLR Chat.

It used to be the case that onsite guests could check for available tickets at 6am same day with the hotel concierge desk. But it was never a guarantee, went very quickly within the first 30 minutes of them being open and, also, I haven’t heard any confirmed reports of that being the case post the Pandemic shut-down so who knows if they still do that.

We have no intention of purchasing g through Stubhub, that was just the only type of option that seemed to pop up when I searched. I will definitely hop on chat and put feelers out, thank you!

When we were there a couple of years ago they did have signs out advertising the possibility of day of tickets, but I didn’t inquire at all since we already had ours.

Thanks!

I just checked UnlockedMagic.com (advertised on the Dish) only to find out they don’t handle DLR party tickets yet.

It’s my understanding that DL doesn’t do 3rd party retailer for their special event tickets.
