ty! I was actually on hold to book BBB when i saw this - hung up and was able to book online - so convenient!

DARN! I just called and booked DD1’s “first haircut” yesterday and I was on the phone for probably 30 minutes. Oh well, at least it was only 30 minutes.

Well you couldn’t have booked it online yesterday. And if you’d waited, you might not have got an appointment.
