The transportation from the hotel to the port was OK until you got to the port. Then you sat there on the bus with little to no explanation for a half an hour because they couldn’t figure out what to do. Finally get off the bus and cruise check in process was unorganized. I had door magnets in my carry-on and the agent ran my carry-on bag through the machine five times. The transportation from the port to the airport was better, however, they drop you at terminal two you have to walk all the way over to terminal three. The airport gates are way too small for the amount of flights. They have people were standing, blocking the corridors. Then at the last minute, JetBlue changes my flight from F terminal to e terminal, which is completely across the way so I had to run to get to this gate on time. Just way too crowded, way too hectic and way too unorganized so will never fly in or out of Fort Lauderdale again. Future cruises I will fly in and out of Orlando & Port Canaveral because this is just a complete mess.

I’m sorry you have a bad experience. We flew into MCO, stayed a night at POR then took then Brightline train to Ft. Lauderdale. We stayed at a Hyatt there and Ubered to the port the next day. Drop off was quick and we walked right inside to the terminal.
After the cruise, we took an Uber to the day room we booked at a hotel in Ft. Lauderdale then took the hotel shuttle to the Ft. Lauderdale airport. I liked that it was a smaller airport.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience. I have gone out of FLL twice for Princess and it was seamless. I wonder what that’s all about.
