Is there a 1 day touring plan for both parks?

There currently isn’t a single plan for both parks. You can look at these free touring plans to see what you can do in a day. Then piece them together.
If you have a paid subscription you can make a plan for your morning park and then another that starts in the afternoon for the other park.

If you do get the paid subscription, there is a 1 day 2 park plan. It’s actually listed as two separate plans in the software having you start at one park, ride the Hogwart’s Express to the other park in the late morning, then ride back to finish the park you started with.
