It would say “Deluxe Studio Near Hospitality House” I think. I hope the rental agencies spell it out. On the DVC side it’s very clear what you’re reserving.

And also, for general information, a cash reservation will (almost) never be in the near Hospitality House section.
Unless a situation necessitates it, like a room being pulled from inventory.

Yeah, I’ve had SSR on the brain and they call theirs Preferred.
