O'Hana and MK Parade

We have a reservation at O’hana for 4:30pm.

Would we be cutting it too close if we watched the 3pm parade (we could watch near the entrance to MK)? We are planning on getting the monorail - would we make it in time? I am unsure because I know the parade starts in Frontierland at 3pm. So likely it wouldn’t start on Main Street until closer to 3:30 and be done at 4?

Thoughts?

I think it will be tight but with a 15 minute grace period I think you will be fine.
