Just read a post from Kenny the Pirate about Disney delaying ROL, new info not till mid/late May. Disney is also now saying ‘opening in the summer’ about Tiffins. While it’s not on their main website yet, but it’s on the Disney news.
Here’s the official word: " While we’d hoped to debut these offerings on April 22, unfortunately, they will not open as planned on that date "… “We’ll share more information about timing on the Disney Parks Blog by mid- to late May”

Bummer. We’re there 4/30-5/6 and were hoping to see ROL and the later Safari. Oh well, incentive for another return trip.

I’m there 5/4-5/11 I’m not counting on seeing ROL anymore. I wish they would update HS hours though for Start Wars fireworks for May. Time to finalize plans at least now that we know a bit more. Silver lining is that I will just have to book another trip after ROL does open up
