I am staying offsite for my next visit. We plan on using taxis as the hotel shuttle service won’t start early enough to allow for our pre-RD ADRs. Where will the taxi drop us off if we are going to MK? Is it better to be dropped off at the Contemporary and then walk over?
I believe it will drop you at the TTC, but I’m not 100% certain on that. If that’s the case, you may be better served to go to the Contemporary and walk.

Yes, taxis can only go as far as the ttc. You can grab the ferry or the monorail from the ttc.
All in all, depending where they can drop you at the Contemp, it very well might be easier to have them drop you there (the contemp.) I know that the walk from mk to the contemp is pretty easy, and if you keep your eyes open, you can get a pretty nice picture of Space Mountain if you frame it right. I’d say the walk is about 4 blocks, 10 minutes (gate to door.)
