Off site rope drop timing

We are going to RD AK tomorrow as offsite guests. We will head for EE most likely.
What time should we arrive?
Anything else I should know?
Thank you.

On June 3rd EE started exactly at 7:30. I would be dropped off around 7- 7:15. Security opened at 7 on the 3rd but at the time the line was all the way out to the buses. The turnstiles opened at 7:11.

Shame on me using the EE acronym.

We won’t have Early Entry. So if the park opens at 8AM and I plan to head for Expedition Everest, how much before 8AM should I arrive?

I knew you wouldn’t be there for EE, but that crowd/line will be there. For EE I would have told you to be there at 6:30. You can go all the way through the turnstiles and be in position for 8 (you need to stay to the right).

My “be dropped off at 7:15” allows you to get through security and the turnstile hopefully by around 7:30.

Does this make sense?

Yes! Thank you so much.

Thank you!!!

I appreciate your help.
I’ve done very little planning.

I have been to the bus area at AK. There will be a direct bus to MK from there, correct?

Yes but maybe not until 10?

Oh that is VERY valuable information!
Hmmm.
I figured I’d be done by then at AK!

A little roundabout way, but you could go to AKL and catch the bus or to Contemporary and walk over.

Thank you! I wondered if there could be a resort option.
I will keep these in mind if we are done AK as quickly as TP suggests.

If you are going to MK next I would hop onto a monorail resort. You can walk from either CR or GF or boat/monorail from GF or Poly. The boat from GF was very, very fast.
