Good morning! We’ve been renting off-site accommodations since 2002. IMO if you are looking for less than $150/night, closer proximity and resort like amenities, you will be probably be able to find it, but it may take a little effort. I am going to cut and paste this from a thread from January. I added the bold today. If you are looking for resort feel I’d suggest Windsor Hills, Windsor Palms, and Reunion. If I remember more names later, I will come back. I still haven’t found our renta…

Kissimmee Villa Rental: Affordable Disney Villa - just 5 minutes to Disney

I always rent through HomeAway.com (aka VRBO.com).

We stayed in Windsor Hills. The closest to Disney property and great selection of houses, townhouses, and condos. We rented two houses with their own pools so we didn’t take advantage of the resort amenities. But we couldn’t be happier with the choice. Search Windsor Hills in vrbo/HomeAway. The houses that back up to the little pond/lake are nice.
