I’m trying to plan our NYE at HS. I know Rise of the Resistance will finally be open so trying to keep a loose plan for that day. My touring plan is putting us at a 80 min wait for the new ride - but I’ve read stories where lines on NYE have been up to 6 hours in the parks! Will the touring plan account for these crazy times at some point or will it just get slammed and I should expect it? Ie) regardless of what my plan says should we just head right to Galaxy’s Edge at opening? (It is currently putting me there at 3pm). We are DL regulars but our first time at WDW!
