Now THAT’S customer service!

An hour ago I wrote an e-mail to a named customer services rep in the VIP department at UOR.

I’ve just received a response. Personalised and detailed.

And it’s July 4th.

Impressive.

They have such great customer service. I know people think there is a “Disney difference” but every time I have contacted them they have impressed me.

Frankly, I think it’s better than Disney’s. You can contact UOR via Facebook Messenger and they reply very quickly.

All my attempts to contact WDW about MB-gate have been ignored. No replies at all.
