November Park Hopping EPCOT on Early Close Nights?

Our family (DD 8, DD6) will be visiting the second week of November during all the holiday party startups and staying at Beach Club. We’re not adventurous eaters due to food allergies, so the festival at EPCOT is cool, but not a must-do.

What does everyone think about doing MK and maybe HW on party days, and then parking hopping to EPCOT a those nights? I’m hoping to eliminate an entire EP day, and do bits of it those evenings. Our kids are huge Star Wars fans, so if we could do two days there, they’d love it.

Original plan was 1 day at Epcot, AK, HW, and two days at MK. 5 park days total.

Good news is that the Festival of the Holidays doesn’t start until after Thanksgiving, so there won’t be a festival anyway. If we were getting hoppers I would consider hopping to Epcot every single night! My DS8 would welcome the opportunity to ride GotG 5 times. The only thing I think you could be missing would be Fantasmic if you don’t stay late at DHS.

Oh really? I thought the Food & Wine Festival was still going on (our park dates are Nov. 11-16).

We just upgraded free to hoppers with the latest promotion. I was thinking of doing one night at HW with Fantasmic (likely Thursday), and then do a second “short” day (maybe Saturday) to end the trip.

Yes, I just checked the dates and Food and Wine will be in full swing:

Oh sorry, you said holiday and I jumped to festival of the holidays!

We used to always tour this way. Either MK, HS or AK til lunch. Rest, swim, whatever after lunch. Head to Epcot about 4 or 5 pm. We started this when the all the parks winter hours seemed like 6 pm closing - maybe 90s? Epcot was open til 9 and we liked eating at the countries. Mexico, Norway, Germany, Japan, Morocco, UK. Maybe Coral Reef some years.

Biggest difficulty was the grandkids doing the KidSpots in each country and needing to remember to bring each night whatever activity was being offered that year.

That’s sort of the plan I was looking to do! I really like the KidCots and the Duck Tales adventure thing they have going on now, too. I think I need to wait until they release the extended evening hours (if any) for November. I saw they already moved them over to Animal Kingdom for the Halloween season.
