What happens if you have pre-ordered meals at Be Our Guest for lunch but don’t show? Are you charged? I can’t find anything other than “Payment will be accepted at the location upon confirmation of your order”
In Feb my Ds13 starting feeling sick right after we entered the main room where you order your meal (I had pre-ordered but it wasn’t in the system) & we had to leave. I never got charged for the meals & they even let me take some free soda for him.
I had to miss one at the last minute i Sept. No penalties at all.
