I know the Night Time Parade times haven’t been announced yet, however I know there used to be a night time parade and thought maybe some of you would have some insight.
Can you do the Magic Kingdom pre-fireworks party AND see the night time parade? Or would the post-party be better?

I forgot all about the Night Time Parades coming back…
What was the ETA on that?

They said “Summer 2025”. I am going at the end of August, so I think it should be up and running by then? I was budgeting for the dessert party and then I realized I should consider the parade time (just in case).

Some of it depends on whether they do 1 or 2 showings of the parade.
I looked back at the schedule for Saturday, July 16, 2016. I was there that day. The fireworks were at 10, with two nighttime parades at 9 and 11. During the week, they moved the fireworks to 9 with only one parade at 10.
Whenever your dessert party is (pre- or post-) that’s when you spend time away from the garden viewing area to get your food/drinks (and refills) and maybe sit at tables at Tomorrowland Terrace to eat. You’d need to find out if that night will have one or two parades, and plan your party time to allow you to be in the garden viewing area when the parade happens.
Gee, the more I write, the more complicated it gets. You want to get your desserts while there’s a good selection, yet you want to be in place for a good view of the parade.
One scenario: Two parades.
I’d do the post-fireworks party. You can check-in and enter the viewing area 60 minutes early - just in time to watch the first parade and not be crowded. Then watch the fireworks, and do the post-party. You might catch the second parade after you leave the dessert party.
Second scenario: One parade after the fireworks.
I’d do the pre-party. You can take your time to eat the desserts, then go to the viewing area for the fireworks. Maybe you can stay there to also watch the parade.
I’m sure there are many other combinations, including some where you watch the parade from someplace else, not the fireworks party viewing area. If there are two parades, the second one won’t be as crowded.

That is super helpful! Thank you. Sounds like either scenario, we will get to watch both the parade and the fireworks, which is what I was worried the most about.
