New signature restaurant in Japan?

I just noticed that the new signature restaurant in Japan is listed as a “Opening Summer 2019!” https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/epcot/takumi-tei-restaurant/

Any guesses on when it’ll open – or more importantly, when I can make a reservation for our trip in November? I can’t wait to see what’s on the menu; it sounds like it’s going to be amazing!

Agrees, it looks awesome. Tea Ceremony plus wagu beef? I’m in.
Sounds expensive though and Disney is saying it won’t be on the dinning plan for now.
Also fyi same dress code as Monsieur Paul’s.
