Cool! I didn’t realize they do this. The scents in Soarin’ really make it more immersive. I miss the old orange grove scent from SOC though.

The bakery scents you pick up on Main Street aren’t actually from the bakery baking anything. They are artificial scents piped to the streets to get people to come in and buy stuff.
