New Rope Drop feature for creating plans

I love this new feature! For rope dropping Peter Pan and MMRR, it took my wait down to zero, and just the ride length.This may be a bit ambitious, However, when I rope drop Remy using this same feature in my plan, my total time is 39 minutes, entering from the IG ( walking from Boardwalk resort). This seems a bit long!

Yes, Epcot doesn’t seem to be working.

Is Soaring open for early entry? Information I find says yes, but a custom touring plan seems to ignore early entry and acts like Soaring is not open for early entry.
