New park hours in November causing glitch

Hi there - long time lurker, first time poster!
I love the personalized touring plans and have had lots of luck with them in the past. However, recent park hour time updates for November 19 and 20 have broken my existing plans. It looks like it isn’t properly recognizing the early entry period (e.g. my November 20th plan’s start time is the early entry start time of 8:30am, but the plan is delaying the first ride on SDMT until actual park opening at 9am, ignoring both the rope drop mode option and the entire half hour of early entry.) I’m seeing a similar problem with a plan for November 19th at Animal Kingdom. I even tried recreating the plans from scratch post-update, but the behavior is the same. What am I doing wrong?? TP has park opening time at 9am so EE would start at 8:30. It is telling you there is a 31 minute wait at park open.

This does seem long if you have selected you will be in the front of the pack at RD but that line is always so long. I can’t imagine you would have a 1 minute wait. So I don’t think the software is making you wait till 9am.

I tested it the Thursday prior which looks to be a very comparable day. I could not duplicate that wait time with and without the rope drop toggle switch used. When I tested it for your actual day my results were similar to what you’re showing 30 and 31 minutes respectively. I know there is a way to report findings like this. But for now if you’re just trying to get a sense of your day try using the Thursday prior.

Try this to report your issue. They are very quick to respond. It should be <10 minute wait with rope drop mode.
