Oops I broke it! Chose quiet sound level in the home ground floor of All Star Sports, clicked on building 3 and got an error message.
Okay, so I’m looking for a room I’d actually want, so I based it on our stay in October.
Room Type: Preferred (1 Queen + 1 Queen-Sized Table Bed)
Accessibility: Roll-In Shower
Pros:
- I love the cascading drop-downs!
- Even though I won’t use them, I like the new features. If my room pickings weren’t so small, those would definitely be great additions.
Issues:
-
Like what was posted earlier, the Touring Plan picks don’t line up at all with what I’ve chosen in the filters.

When hovering over the only two buildings, I would expect that it would tell me how many rooms in that building satisfy the filter, but it just says how many rooms in the building.
- Personally, I think that if you are looking for an accessible room, it should be at the top of the list under room type. When I changed to “Has a connecting room”, it took me out of the accessibility filter. If I am going to be requesting an accessible room, it will be one of the first things I check off, and anything after that will be something I would want to drill down in. I don’t want to continue to check the accessible type each time I make a change above it.
- Also, I thought there was going to be a way to make sure you are NOT looking at accessible rooms so that no-one requests one by mistake?
- When hovering over one of the drop-downs, it would be nice if there was a tool-tip of what you already chose there so you don’t have to reopen it when you want to make sure you chose the right thing. The font size is so very large.

It still takes me to the 21 rooms on floor 1 to begin with and removes my “higher floor” filter 
Is higher floor, perhaps, floor 4 and up, in which case there are no matching rooms? But then it should return a null search I think.
Anyway, same steps, same result. Sorry 
I have been testing past and future room requests. All Star Movies, I love you can pick “upper floor” and then say if you want the 2nd or 3rd floor, but I tested it five times and each time I picked top floor, when I clicked on the map, it converted back to “any”. No big deal, but I am mentioning it.
I also love that when you do go to the top floor, the map is labeled with room number ranges- what a great feature!

I am testing it for our room request at ASSp that is almost at the 30 day mark (9/15).
- When I enter the first page after login, it takes me to the bottom of the page and I have to scroll a ways to get back to the top.
- I don’t know how to determine my “rack rate” I only know what I paid using the “stay longer” discount. Can you add some guidance about how to determine the “rack rate?”
- When I put in my actual date, I get some wild “rack rate” options. It makes my $141/night feel like a screaming deal

Seems to be a persistent bug across resorts which suggests it’s the programming of the filter that’s not quite right.

@len When searching for resort view room at AKL Jambo House, it seems to be finding rooms that are Savanna view.

I clicked upper floor, then selected top floor, and it still showed 2nd and 3rd. (Sports)

Also, with Touring Plans Picks being the only filter selected it only displays 3 rooms in Hoops - nothing else.

It does seem easier to use than before. …I did not realize how big OKW is until I looked here Decided to look thru that one since I stay here in a few weeks. No obvious issues that I noticed, but like commented above, if I select Top Floor, then to me it should start at the top floor.
