New FPP rules question

Not so long ago, a thread quoted Len that changes to FPP were coming that people wouldn’t like. All kinds of speculation ensued, including rumors of paid FPPs.

With the announcement of huge changes to HS FPP tiers I was wondering whether that was the big change we wouldn’t like, or if the rumor was about still more changes. Any info out there?

Without seeing the thread I’d assume this is at least a big part of it. I’ve heard on the podcast that more changes are possible, especially at DHS, with the opening of all the rides between now and 2021 in each park.
