Need Help w/Epcot 2-Day Plan - Holidays around the World

Hello! I am looking for some help with 2-day touring plan at Epcot, 11/29-11/30. This is our first trip to WDW and I will be with my mother, DH, DS8 and DD5. Since this is during Holidays around the World, I would love to see as many of the special holiday shows in the World Showcase as possible, as well as Illuminations. I was originally planning to go to HS on 11/30, but changed my plans last week with the news about Star Wars Jedi Training Academy.

DS is a homebody, so we will need down time at our resort, the Poly.

My mom and DH will be going to the ESPN Club for Monday Night Football on 11/30 while I take the kids back to the Poly.

Our family is planning our first trip to WDW for February and we have kids the same age!! Just by looking at the plan your Monday looks pretty good. I see you have to work around some of your fastpasses. For Sunday to me your jogging around the park too much…I would suggest for step 3 do Figment, skip Spaceship Earth since you have a FP the next day, and after Turtle Talk w/ Crush add Nemo & Friends. Evaluate and see it makes it any better.
