My family will be riding Dinosaur so I will be staying with my 4 year old. What is nearby that I can occupy her with while they ride?
I would take her to The Boneyard playground. Dinosaur is a bit far from it, but at least it’s still in Dinoland.

TriceraTop Spin is another option.
Definitely the boneyard playground – my kids could stay there for hours if I let them! There’s also a spot right there where Goofy meets. Or if later in the afternoon, there may still be a dinoland dance party going on. 
I’d say the boneyard as well. The challange will be getting him out of it…
