My kids want to stay at Disney’s Poly but my wife hates it. We want to experience Harry Potter World. If we stay at Royal Pacific, will it please everyone? Is it bright and friendly for my wife but still themed enough to keep the kids happy?
I have stayed at both the Poly and Royal Pacific. I absolutely love Royal Pacific. It has a good size pool but I would not say it is as “kid friendly” as Poly. You can hop to any other Universal pool if you want to try them all.

I would go with whichever one is cheaper. I walk to/from the parks and Citywalk and I think Portofino is a longer walk. Royal Pacific have the most confortable beds to me. I never want to leave!
RP is cheaper…I will show it to my wife and suggest it as our option of choice. Thanks again!
