DH52 tore his Achilles playing playing in a kickball league Monday (there’s a reason it’s an elementary school game 
) We are 65 days from our cruise on the Fantasy. Surgery is tomorrow. DH will be in a boot on the cruise. He will have a knee scooter. We did this cruise last year so I think he will be fine on the ship with the knee scooter. My concern is Castaway Cay. If he isn’t weight bearing yet, how do I get him in the water? Are the big wheeled wheel chairs easy to come by?

No idea about the wheelchair, but sorry to hear about DH’s injury. Hope the surgery goes well.
I think we are also 65 days from a DCL adventure. Which itinerary are you doing?
We are on the Fantasy from October 7-14.

We’re on the same. We’ll be the couple in the rainforest room wondering aloud if we’re allowed to leave our kids in the Oceaneer’s Club 24 hours straight
