Myers-Briggs

For the record, I love Slytherins! All four houses have something to offer. They all have the potential for a dark side. They all have the potential for good. That’s one of the core messages of the series.

(And I fully recognize that this is all pretend. LOL)

I’m not at all surprised that the most common among liners are the I.

ENTP - Debater
I mean… I am a lawyer. Looks like I am the only one so far here but explains how many iterations of touring plans I have, just debating myself?

I’m married to a 1, as well!

Many years ago when I first took this, I was told to use the “normal” you. I did it twice and got very different results for work and normal - which showed why work was so stressful because I had to pretend to be someone I wasn’t.

That actually makes 100% sense.

I got a different result too when I took the test as work me. For instance do you prefer imaginative descriptions or something that gets straight to the point. Work me = B, real me = A.

I have never had success with the Enneagram numbers. The basis is choosing a single number that defines you, and I can never choose just one.

Well, apparently I don’t know myself at all. I voted for the wrong Myers-Brigg and house. I’m a Ravenclaw now - in the past I’ve gotten Hufflepuff.

I’m an enneagram 9 (peacemaker) married to an 8 (challenger). Definitely opposites

Not really. You aren’t picking a number - the tests will point towards what your core motivation is. And each number has wings.

But just as your astrological sign or Myers-Briggs doesn’t “define” you, neither does the Enneagram.

Spoken like a true “9”.

(Kidding.)

Probably true for many people, and that’s ok. Ultimately this is about preferences, and people may prefer some functions at work that are different than when they are at home or traveling

I am mostly ENFP, but my FP preferences are weak and right in the middle (50/50%) while EN is much stronger (70%)

Because of that sometimes (especially at work) my FP side flips to TJ, but EN never changes. Never!

It’s very interesting
