My DHS AM EMH dining res. became PPO-best plan?

With the shift to evening EMH, our 8 am Easter Sunday breakfast reservation at DHS is now PPO. We’ve never done PPO, and I’m looking for advice on the quickest way through security and then into the park with all the RotR crowds.
