Multi Passes in More Than One Park

With Park Hopper can you book 3 rides in EPCOT then immediately modify for two tier rides in DHS for the evening. So Remy plus whatever in EPCOT then immediately TSM and TofT.
DHS MP costs more so when I go to modify I will be prompted to pay the extra 5 bucks or whatever?

I asked this question (essentially) in another thread.

The answer is no…you only have to pay for what it cost for the INITIAL park. The idea being that you are paying the “premium” to pre-book in those parks…but then you can park-hop to any park without any added cost.

ETA: But, it was also pointed out that by the time you tap into your first LL at your initial park, there might not be a lot left in the park you plan to hop to.

My question was not the day of park attendance but when making initial reservations 7 days out

You can only make initial reservations for the park you paid for. You have to wait until day of and tap into your first LL before you can start to book LLs in a different park.

You can only make the reservations in the second park on the day of.

So rope drop Remy, use a multipass right after at Imagination then book TSM or TofT at DHS for that evening, if available? And Frozen later in morning at EPCOT

Honestly, I’d rope drop Remy, then hit FEA if coming from International Gateway. You can typically also get in Soarin and Spaceship Earth by 10:30-11:00. I’ve not needed LLs if I rope drop Epcot–meaning I’m in line at IG by 7:45-8:00 for an 8:30 open.

I’d prebook in DHS.

Thanks so much. You sound like you know what you are talking about. Generally plan to be no more than 25 minutes in any given line so I am worried re Soarin if Remy and FEA first. What do you think about hitting Remy on a prior day at 8:35 with a view to making it to Skyliner before Illuminations crowd? Also any thought re Tiana"s at 11:58 on a MNSSHP night?

I’ve done this order many times. You should be at Soarin no later than 9:30. The wait will be no more than 15-20. Probably closer to 10 minutes.

I looked back at pictures from my trip the week before Christmas and my timed wait at Soarin was 2 minutes at 9:27am. I was off Remy and walking towards FEA at 8:38am. I have a picture by the Christmas tree walking toward Soarin after I’d ridden FEA and the time was 9:12am.

As far as hitting Remy at 8:35pm and trying to make it to the Skyliner before the fireworks are over I don’t think you’d be off Remy in time. I think you’d be in the crowd with everyone else. I don’t have any personal experience with this though. The Skyliner line will look long but moves very quickly.

We hit Les Halles on the way out for a box of goodies to take back to the room rather than a ride.

I’m going to MNSSHP on September 29 and plan to get in line for Tron or Tiana at the end of the night. I can report back on that after my trip if that’s not too late.

Hi Jennifer, so did you try Tron or TBA at end of your MNSSHP on the 29th?

We were able to ride Tiana the night before with LL so we didn’t attempt it but friends rode it back to back at the end of the night with only about 10 minute waits. Their pictures are marked 11:49PM and 12:18AM. They rode it three times that night.

I wanted to get in line for Tron at the end of the night but DD vetoed me. Friends rode first thing just after 4:00 and waited 55 minutes. When I checked waits later in the night they were around 30-40 minutes.

We did ride Seven Dwarfs at 11:23 and only waited 6 minutes. Went to Peter Pan after that and it was walk on. We hit Haunted Mansion right after fireworks and walked straight to the live actor in the graveyard before entered the stretching room. Space was only 10 minutes around 9:00.

Between 4 and 7:00 we did COP (our favorite), Buzz, People Mover, Under the Sea, Pirates, ate and hit the first Trick or Treat stop at Philharmagic.

Thx Jennifer. Have been watching the wait times during party days at MK. Any idea why the Touring Plan wait times are longer than the Disney App posted wait times for Tron just before midnight. My understanding was that Disney usually inflated the wait times late in order to discourage lining up but this patter is the opposite. At 11:55 TP said 43 minute wait while Disney said 25. ???

LOL re your 4 to 7 itinerary and starting at COP. My wife’s favourite too and the other attractions pretty much what I was initially planning.

My guess would be TP is estimating times based on waits last year at the same time. Last year’s party used VQ for Tron and waits were around 45 minutes.
