Ever since they moved to the VQ technology for registration there have been glitches. And for once I don’t think it’s Disney IT but 3rd party software.

This time it seems there were problems with Chrome and Firefox on mobile devices in particular.

Not only the “no dates” issue mentioned above, but many people reported not being able to enter the # of guests or simply the Continue button not working.

Some said they switched to desktop mode and got in, even when they joined an hour after the VQ opened.

It’s a shambles. I suspect MS could do this better but probably don’t have the manpower or budget to do so.

Many, many, many moons ago I worked in client services for a software company. I was pretty new when I happily called a client to tell him that the bug he reported had been fixed.

His answer was “fixed like you made it work, or fixed like I fixed my cat?” 20 years later Disney IT (or their outsourced IT) makes me think of him every time. If only it could be option A.
