We’ve only done it twice before, and never with the whole family. It’s such a great vibe. I’m glad the spots were readily available for so long!

I would definitely call to complain and let them know that twice now you have tried to get through and it keeps failing despite your efforts. They need to know they have a problem.

I personally have a problem that every page I open on Disney’s site has to load twice.

I’m so sorry! That is disappointing. Did you ultimately get through, and it was full, or were you never able to connect? It can be so frustrating being at the mercy of Disney IT sometimes.

@ryan1 I called member services last time and they were apologetic, but couldn’t do anything about it. I don’t think that DVC itself manages this perk. I got the impression that they couldn’t give me tickets even if they wanted to.

@amywilkh I got through twice, but when I got to the Pick a Date page it just said “Date One” and “Date Two” (even though there were 3 dates), I continued to go through the process, even though the buttons had no words on them. When I clicked confirm, it brought me back to the sign in page.

It’s something with my account specifically because last time @4ljs tried to help me out by going through the process on their computer and had the same result.

I wasn’t suggesting you call to get the perk…but to make it clear that they have a problem with their system that needs to be fixed because of your experience not just once but twice now.

I think this is it. Not about getting the tickets even but being able to troubleshoot so it doesn’t happen another time.

Long-ish story… I decided to try again to find out why I don’t get event emails after this sign up. A phone call, a chat and my first 3 emails got nothing beyond a canned answer that I’d said didn’t work upfront. When I finally got a real answer, they said they’d had to ask another department and had to wait for an answer themselves.
