With the exception of BOG (which we can preorder now before we even leave our home), how far in advance should we place our mobile orders at other QS locations? Is about 15 minutes prior to when we want to eat enough time? Thanks!

That is fine. Your order is not made until you click the button that says you are at the restaurant. I don’t think you can do that until you are close to the restaurant.

I would try to order a bit earlier actually in case mobile ordering was down. I tried ordering on line during the rain and it was down. Up a few minutes later. A CM told me later that they will take it down when volume is high.
