MNSSHP in 4 days!

Because we were a little late to the game as I explained, we were placed in that green grass field on the left, stood right where they colored the path yellow. I circled it below.

I wouldn’t aim for that spot, but again was totally fine, albeit with so many people trampling the grass each night, a little messy to walk across.

Thank you @Jeff_AZ & @JJT

Ya know - I think I’ll keep Jaleo even though it doesn’t help for drone show. It’s totally our kind of menu and it will at least get us to the right area and give us something to look forward to. It doesn’t have to break the bank, either. It’s my only real expense for the day, too, save some QS meals.

And a decision MADE is hugely comforting.

Thank you for weighing in everyone! And setting me straight @PrincipalTinker !

I put on my rain poncho for the ride and wear rain covers on my shoes or wear Skechers sandals so it doesn’t matter if my shoes get wet. I want to do the ride but I don’t want to be all wet.

That is referring to Tiana’s rude

@darkmite2 - I reread your TR and I cannot figure out when you met J/S.

I, literally, ran right from the taps to the M&G. They opened the taps a couple minutes before 4pm. I was the first person there. They don’t allow day guests that might be going to the party to queue early or anything. That helps even your odds of getting in easier. It’s right in the Town Square building where Mickey and Tinkerbell meet during the day.

That seems to be the way to go!

So the Christmas party - not MNSSHP. That’s why I couldn’t find it. :joy:

I like this plan.

This is what we do too. We arrive at Frontierland to grab a spot to sit about 45 minutes before the parade starts. Then I run off to get snacks for our group while the rest of the group saves our seating location. We eat while waiting to watch the parade.

After the parade we immediately head over to the hub to find a spot for the fireworks. Tip - Watch from the side of the hub where you are planning to head after the fireworks. Due to the density of people in the hub after the fireworks, it can take time to move from one side to other. Example - We wanted to meet the Tweedles (near the Tea Party) after the fireworks so we watched the fireworks from that side of the hub and were able to move quickly to the meet and great area when the fireworks ended.

@QwertySC Did you try to get that 7am VQ? Wondering if it worked out! Unfortunately I forgot that was a thing, so didn’t try at all.

I didn’t even try.
But without a ticket for today would it even work ?

We have a theory that it might work since the party ticket gives some access to MK things, but it’s a long shot

But just like you I didn’t even try it either :joy: it was the last thing on my mind this morning lol

links are for DD’s whom I sent this to in an email just now.

Sunday -
Drive - stop along the way to eat
Buc-ee’s? (it make me smile)
Check in All Star Sports hotel (@EMgoblue - I may be there earlier now - this trip keeps starting earlier. I’ll KUP.)

Monday -
Breakfast either at hotel click for menu or go somewhere else
Typhoon Lagoon 10AM - lunch while we are there. click for menus
Hotel to clean up and look around
Disney Springs for dinner @ Jaleo 6:35PM or 8:35PM click for menu [I have two reservations at the moment - I need my girls to weigh in.]
Drone show 9:00PM or 10:45PM

Tuesday -
Breakfast either at hotel or go somewhere else
Mini golf at Fantasia Gardens
Lunch - working on this
Hotel to clean up
Take the bus to Magic Kingdom to be there BY 3PM (preferably 2:45PM)
MNSSHP! - we will eat there food? snacks? both? (yes)
Bus back to hotel around 1AM

Wednesday -
Brunch Topolino’s Terrace - Character Breakfast 11:00AM - click for menu
Head home

Lunch on Tuesday - I am open to suggestions. Easiest choice is eat at All Star Sports or other in the complex. Slightly more effort is pop over to DS. But I could also eat somewhere else IF I can still get to MK by 2:45PM. If we golf from 10AMish - 11AMish and head back to Sports - maybe we just want to stay there and stay cool as long as possible without a lot of shifting around. BUT - it could also be fun to see a new hotel. Is it a pain in the butt to bus from one hotel to another? Do I have to change busses a lot?
I would like to see AoA hotel. Girls have always enjoyed eating TS at hotels, but maybe won’t matter with QS unless super themed.

Meanwhile - her friend is doing really well PTL. She still has a bunch of surgeries ahead of her and a LOT of rehab. And she remains at risk for infections or blood clots. But - she is significantly better today than last Friday and DD has visited with her multiple times. She is on a ton of pain meds. Poor sweet girl. DD feels a little guilty not being able to see her Sun-Wed, but this is all going to be a blur to her friend anyway, and DD has been there as much as possible.

Oooh, I really really hope so!!!

Yes, in fact you cannot take a bus directly from one hotel to another. BUT, if you have the time, I highly suggest you do what we are doing right now: take the bus to HS and get on the Skyliner there. You can stop at a few different resorts, or just AoA since you mentioned wanting to see that one!

Ooo. I hadn’t thought about it that way! I could park at MK early and then go to a hotel for lunch and then back to MK a for the party.

That too! Do you really want to drive to MK, though?

Oh no. I don’t. Wait. What am I talking about?

You could still take the bus to MK at any time and then find a restaurant at one of the monorail resorts.
