In all transparency, I’ve never had the option of throwing money at an issue until very recently. And it’s only because I’ve picked up a ton of hours this summer (and that’s going away). So I am very grateful to have had the options I’ve had of late. But it’s still VERY new. And going away. 
So - I am allowing myself to let it make things easier at this stage of the game. 
And I think my girls would LOVE Jaleo’s menu. And it isn’t that crazy $$.

Pan con tomate
Endives with goat cheese
Chicken fritters
Patatas bravas
Jose’s tacos are incredible but also insanely pricey
Grilled octopus (probably the best I’ve eaten)
My DH and DS loved the lamb
It sounds odd, but the fried cod and potato fritters, with honey aïoli were delicious.
I didn’t love the sautéed spinach with pinenuts and raisins, but my DH did.
Oddly enough, the paella we had wasn’t my favorite. Which was odd, because all the other food was incredible.

I would eat everything except the octopus. But Marie would absolutely eat that.
The Honey aioli I had at DTD in DLR is something I still think about.

I can’t remember what they were but we also had these little things that looked like ice cream cones but they had some kind of fish in them. And they were yummy.

I don’t think I have a good time, now that I think of it. My reservation is 8:35 and show is 10:15. Unless the service is slow we may be done too early for the reservation to help with seeing the drone show. But I’m excited to have a nice dinner!
Monday we have free passes for Typhoon Lagoon and will likely get QS there. So dinner will be my thing for the day.

I think Jeff has the answer covered, drone show had a lot of good visibility so just show up with enough time to get ushered into a spot. There are a bunch of CMs with little light sabers, is like they are guiding in planes at the airport!
We were a little off to the left side because DS and I had to truck it over by foot from the golf course at SSR and came in on the far other side from House of Blues where my DW and DD were. Even then perfectly cool view.
Everyone really loved it!
