Any more insight or tips as to why MK crowd is projected to be lower(6) on MLK day vs the day after a Tuesday(8)… we were planning on avoiding the parks MLK weekend and our first day scheduled was MK on Tuesday 21… is it worth it to switch our MK day?

The predictions rely partially on historical data which might be driving things here - for example, last year it was 7 on Monday and 9 on Tuesday.
I would keep things as they are, especially if you have FPPs or ADRs booked. If you are still thinking of switching you should make a personalized Touring Plan for MK and run it for both days and see if switching days would really make a difference.

FYI – A common misconception about Touring Plans Crowd Levels is that they are an indicator of the number of people in each park. However, they are an indicator of average queue waits at the rides in that park during 11am – 5pm.
