I’m missing all the pics from our Tink meet and greet. They were taken with the box. We scanned our magic band more than once. How best to check with Disney on this? I found a phone # for the people who deal with this but I’ll also be in MK again tomorrow and can check then.

There is a photo store in each park where they can help you too.
I was missing my EP SE photos last year and I just reported them missing on the website. I don’t remember how long it took, but they found them for us

I was succesful in retrieving our photos from a ride, I reckon it took about a week
