Now that the dates are out for the Halloween nights, I am wondering if Touringplans will post suggested dates to attend with lower crowds. Saw a blog post for 2015 on this. Also, do restaurants and dessert parties do something different those nights of the Halloween parties?
Not all restaurants will be open during the parties and some of the quick service restaurants are treat stops. The dessert party has special parade viewing and dessert/firework area. The garden view area is open for everyone (or was last year).
