I’m guessing they aren’t allowed to touch those once the person launches it? TBH, I’ve only been watching figure skating.
Ditto. It’s really the only thing I like about Winter Olympics. More of a summer girl being from Texas. We can’t ski.
Basically, the thrower can’t touch the stone again after he releases the handle. The Canadian guy got caught by the other team and then doubled down by yelling obscenities and denying it. The governing body said they couldn’t tell if he did or not (nevermind it was caught on video), but they are apparently adding extra personnel to watch the Canadian matches. It is sort of ridiculous (IMHO) that they refused to discipline the player for cheating and violating the spirit of the games.

I got a tub of Ben and Jerry’s cream yesterday from someone at work. It was ice cream, but was on a shelf so long, it turned into goo. I was given it to tell the system to throw it out, and then actually throw it out
