I normally do not eat ham like this. But I had to click on the recipe juat to see if there was something wonky that could be attributed to the image. DH said maybe you stuff it with a couple beer bottles before you cook it? 
I couldn’t tell if he was serious or not. I did say AI is the future so maybe pigs do learn to fly!

Christmas Vacation is one of our absolute favorite movies. We like so many things about it. The setting reminded me of my childhood. The humor (we really liked SNL in the early years, when Chevy Chase was a regular). So many things we could relate to. We were fairly new parents when the movie premiered. It’s been with us a long time.

For us, it’s better than A Christmas Story. That one we can take it or leave it (usually leave it). I love Chevy Chase, Dan Aykroyd, John Candy and Steve Martin era comedy movies. These are my classics!
