Did you at least pretend it didn’t for a few more mins? ![]()
How is that even a job? What does he even do? No wonder he’s on Twitter all the time posting sexually explicit memes.
They flew him there, paid all his expenses. They told him how to haggle and what price to settle on. They even told him to act like he didn’t know much about the gun, when in reality he is an avid gun collector and knew more than the “appraiser” that came on the scene. The appraiser got it wrong. Once the scene was over the gun and cash exchanged back to the rightful owner and that was it.
So he didn’t even sell it???

So much for ‘reality’ tv.
Oh No! He never had intentions of selling it. And the price they had him settle on was insulting.
I’m not saying that some people aren’t legit. This was years into the show. They may have been starving for content to keep the show going.
I’m sure some people really went and pawned stuff just to get on TV.
or to get gambling $$
That is so funny!
Or other nefarious reasons. My dad’s friend has some regulars… Some come in every Friday and pawn the same stuff every week just to get quick cash. Sometimes it’s work tools, sometimes their wedding bands. It’s actually a sad and scary business to be in, but $$$$$$$$$$$.

The fancy cups one…
Is the picture OF the fancy cups that the meme generator wants to show off to guests, or are we hiding the fact that those cups are really cool and we’re instead getting uncool ‘fancy’ plain cups to serve with???
Also, I may be overthinking it, because they’re not cups, they’re glasses

I have some of the original Star Wars glasses from Burger King.
I also have a box of Star Wars Dixie mini paper cups (opened with some gone). Why my mom kept that I don’t know, but it has made it’s way to my house in a box of stuff.
A great portion of my mom super power is things just reappear when I walk into a room.
There’s a weird hierarchy to that power -
I can find anything my kids cannot find in a nanosecond after they “looked all over.”
If I am looking for something I put in my usual spot - all good.
If someone puts something somewhere in the house (and even tells me about it) - if it has not been moved in more than an hour it becomes invisible to me.
If something is on the lower shelves of the cupboard, or upper shelves of the refrigerator - they also cease to exist.
Like a Jurassic park dinosaur, apparently I can only sense movement.
My wife can find everything everywhere all the time.
This is pretty accurate. To add to the walk into room thing and stuff starts working, sometimes you just have to return a call and ask them to try it again.
A male close friend liked to use the term, “UHD.” Uterine Homiing Device. He said that every woman had one and was thus so good at finding things.
