Is there a place where I can find the lunch times of quick service restaurants?
Any advice appreciated.
I like to get it straight from Disney at https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/. You can filter to show just counter service restaurants, and further filter it by park or hotel, if you want. Then clicking on each one you are interested in can show you the hours for a specific place and date.

We had an October date in the system and it was to far ahead. Sorted now 
Though I think the QS hasn’t specific times but maybe BOG that change to TS on dinner.
You can go through all day open and eat when you want.

Using the times from July in MDE we then found that most QS start serving lunch around 11 am
