We leave next Saturday and I have forgotten my C/Card pin number that is attached to DME. What do I do?
You don’t need it for DME. When you get to the resort you can re-set it. Did you check you MDE profile. You might be able to re-set it?
You can reset your pin at check-in
Your pin, associated with your Magic Band, can be reset on your app.
This is used for purchases and/or use of meal credits.
Open the app
Go to “my profile”
Select Magic Band & Cards
then select “Reset my pin”
