Magic Kingdom travel to Epcot

We have made ADR for below on our 16 day holiday and wondered how long we should give ourselves to reach them.

MK. Be our Guest breakfast then over to Epcot for 720pm ADR at Rose & Crown
H S Sci-Fi Diner lunch then over to Epcot for ADR at Tappan Edo 730pm

If using Disney transport, always allow 1hr. I suppose a bit less if using express transport

@Brindley_family there is also the express transportation option that people rave about!

Express Transportation Option

Does anyone have experience with the new Express Transportation option for park hoppers? How is it working? Does it save much time? Are you able to avoid going through security again when you hop? Do they stop at all of the parks in one trip, or is there a dedicated vehicle for each hop? (For example, one trip to hop from MK to Epcot, with no other stops at HS or AK.) I am very interested in this service if it is working well! Thanks.
