Working on a Touring Plan for Magic Kingdom on Christmas Day, and it shows a crowd level of 7, and yet wait times a half hour after regular opening time are not showing as high. It seems contradictory. Anyone know why?

Remember the crowd level is about wait times in line, not the actual number of people in the park. But I do agree that seems low.

Looking at last year, Christmas Day 2025 had a similar prediction, but actual was lower. Weather was nice that day. Looking at the chart for Jungle Cruise, it took a while for the crowds to build. TP only bases the CL on waits during prime daytime hours, not the early morning or in evening.

Wait times Christmas morning are low because many families choose to sleep in, open presents and/or have nice breakfast.
