Just as they bring back the crack that is the lyrics âWhen can we do this again? I never want this to end!â playing along as you witness the best nighttime Disney parade spectacular to ever show in a Disney park.
Sorry if that sounds like an exaggeration but, we got APs in July 2014 telling ourselves â Weââll do One year of crazy AP regular tripsâ, then go back to being a normal Disney once a year or two family.
Along with a bunch of memories that endeared us to the place fully, Memorial Day weekend 2015 was the debut of Paint the Night, and because itâs basically legal crack, we held onto those passes for another year, and ended up with them for a decade (except of course for the Covid shutdown when they suspended the passes).
We did not renew them in September last year when that yearâs ended, so have been on our longest break from Disneyland that wasnât spurred by a global pandemic, and now that theyâre bringing Paint the Night back on May 16 weâre having a little bit of FOMO but since passes that we could actually use have not been for sale, we havenât been able to bring ourselves to pay the one time 3-5 day price to not be able to know weâll be able to come back again soon. But nowâŚ
