I have linked my resort stay, my AP and my husband’s tickets but I can not find where to customize our Magic Bands anywhere in MDE. Someone tell me what I’m missing please!
On the app, under your name hit my account.
I always do it from the website under magic bands and tickets.
I tried that but it wouldn’t pull anything up. I think it might be down because I got a weird message.
I guess I’ll try again later.

I just customized mine, maybe try a different browser or an incognito window?
I think just the website is being weird right now. I got the same message this morning.
I had this problem about a week ago. I called the Disney tech support line. And they had to unlink and relink my reservation (no effect on my FPP or ADR’s)
Then, problem solved.

Did you try from the app? I just did it with no problem.
I called and the CM was able to choose the colors and names for them. It was very strange.
