Does anyone know a good way to remove nail polish from a band? Dd13 was too impatient to let hers dry and now it’s smeared. Teenage angst, not helped by DH finding it funny.
Did acetone based polish remover work?
@mALYficent, the polish remover just seems to smear it. I think the soft rubber grips the paint more than fingernails, if you know what I mean.
I dont know the answer but wanted to empathize. I’d probably try a stronger nail polish remover. Good luck and let us know how it turns out.
Thanks, @popupcamper, we decided to paint over the smears and take the band in a different direction. They turned out pretty well, and my daughter’s happy.
