Hello, I’m french. I went to WDW in 2019 so I think my magicband will not work in 2025.
How much is a magic band ?
Is simple magic band available ? Or now they sell only Magic Band + ?

Welcome!
It’s hard to find the MagicBand online anymore though sometimes you can find a few in the parks and resorts. They are really leaning heavily on MB+.

how much is it in the hotel ?
I believe your old ones will still work for tapping in, but the RFID device probably has a dead battery so it may not pick up automatically for ride pictures, but you can always find the pictures after you get off the ride and tap it. I have old Magic Bands and have used them each year that I’ve returned with no issues for tapping in to parks or to my room.

The regular magic bands are pretty much all gone now. Ebay is one of the only places you can get them.
In addition to what others said about using your old one to tap into the parks and rides, you can turn the bluetooth on, on your phone to make sure you get the ride pictures that don’t have a tap option at the end.

In May of this year I used a regular magic band from at least 2019 if not 2018 or even '17. No difficulties tapping into parks, or my hotel room or even with Photo Pass photographers. We didn’t ride any rides with photos.
December 2023 I used a different MB from pre-2019 or older.

But there is a Fantasia MB+ for $30 that keeps catching my eye.
I’m hoping it’ll go away soon or my sister will be getting a new MB from me. I don’t think she’ll appreciate having to charge it.

I have a MB+, but I still use old MBs half the time because they stay on better. My niece hates MB+ and wouldn’t use it after the first day until the battery was dead, because it vibrates and that drives her crazy.
