I am a frequent visitor to Disneyland, but I have never been there during the week between Christmas and New Year. I am looking for some advice to help me and my family navigate the crowds and make the most of our trip. We will be staying on property, so we plan to take advantage of early entry. I would appreciate any tips or tricks to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for my wife and college-age son. Thanks

I have never been during that week, but my number one piece of advice is to be patient, have low expectations of how much you can get done, have a good grasp of when you want to bail and go rest, and definitely make use of early morning and/or late night.
Entertainment (fireworks, parades) especially will be crazy busy. Wall to wall people. If you are claustrophobic, stay away from any area with entertainment going on.
