Long weekend trip report, late Sept 2020

Just a few quick recap notes from a weekend trip (Thurs -Sun)

Weekend crowds are coming back, while WDW is still operating rides at reduced capacity = longer wait times. Most lines did continually move, at a slow pace

We found closing the parks a good option for the least lines.

We are not people who stand by to watch parades, but find we really enjoy the new cavalcades. The boat cavalcades at AK are much more difficult to notice.

The Disney bubble is in tact. Almost all follow mask and line markers. A few are talking or on phones and not paying attention. Very few are deliberately not following. Just avoid idiots, is the best recommendation i have.

We found the entire mobile order QS system struggling as if Disney was caught off guard by the crowds returning. Each location we attempted was overwhelmed and understaffed. Lines were quite long at Food and Wine (Weekend)

I hope the WDW improves that for weekend in October. We are doing F&W on a Saturday because that’s when most of the booths are sure to be open.

I hope you had a great time despite the crowds!
